For recent transactions, you can scroll down on the home page or select “Recent” under Statements
Receipts are needed for any expense greater than $75 and for some reason, also for baggage fees regardless of amount. If you don’t have a receipt, a copy of your IBA transactions may suffice.
Do you have a payment account setup?
After vouchers are processed, some expenses are paid directly to your IBA card and others are paid to you directly. This is why the Travel Expense Report asks how items were paid.
You are responsible for paying the balance on items if they were charged on the card but reimbursed directly.
