an non-expired NDMS ID Badge (or PIV card)
a non-expired and activated IBA Card.
All your information in the four different systems used to manage responder information must be up to date and accurate.
In Response Management System (RMS)

Address must be correct
Mobile phone must be correct
OPERATIONAL TAB
IBA card exp date must be current
TRAVEL TAB
Airports must be accurate and a primary airport selected
Concur (Travel) Profile
Address must be correct
IBA card must be current
Name must match government-issued ID / Real ID that will be used for TSA screening
Address must be correct
Direct deposit must be up to date
You must also be up to date with your mandatory training.
